Johan Djaja is a consultant for credit, financial and business who has long experience background, among others in banking sector for 24 years. Graduated from the California State University majoring in Accounting, Johan then joined with The Chase Manhattan Bank in Jakarta for 5 years handling Corporate Banking business. Afterwards he developed his career in several banks, among others in Bank Pacific, BII, Bank Danamon, and Bank Mega, all at the senior executive level; as the branch manager, area manager, general manager with SVP title, specializing mostly in credit area. Beside with banks, he has been the President Director of several companies, i.e. BII Finance, Danamon Usaha Pembiayaan, and Trevi Pelita Multifinance. He also had financial career experience with Mega Capital Indonesia and Sierad Produce Tbk. Abas has worked in the banking industry for 20 years. Until the early 2015 he hold as the Special Asset Management Head at Micro Banking in Bank Pundi, responsible for micro credit portfolio problem. Starting his banking career since 1995 in the Export Import and Loan Admin unit. From there he moved to the Division of Special Asset Management handling the problem loan asset management. In 2005 he joined with the DSP (Mass Market Segment) and becoming the Regional Recovery Head at Self Employee Mass Market in Bank Danamon. In July 2010, Abas joined with Bank BTPN and positioning as the National Collection Head at Micro Banking. Then in 2012, he moved to Bank Pundi as the Special Asset Management Head.<\/p>\n

Currently, he actively sharing his experiences in banking industry together with the VBLC team, besides developing his property business. Banking practitioner with long experience of 30 years, from 1983 until 2014 when he’s retired in Bank Mandiri as VP in Business & Network Development. In his working career he has handled so many banking businesses, in funding, lending, service and operations. He\u2019s been the branch manager in several cities, then promoted as the area manager, and the deputy regional manager supervising east part of the country. In the head office, among others, he\u2019s been the department head of commercial credit recovery and the latest was in Business & Network Development Division supervising the area of Jakarta, West Java and some part of Sumatera. All of credit segments he has involved thoroughly in retail, commercial and corporate. His expertise included of credit management in all segments and processes, funding sales and distribution, operational, priority banking and leadership.<\/p>\n

This S1 graduated from IPB Bogor, and S2 of Strategic Management from LMII Medan has been also an active mentor and facilitator in Bank Exim and Bank Mandiri. Banu Himawan has worked in banking industry with specialization as an analyst and research in the field of credit and business for more than 18 years. He began his career at Bank Danamon in the Risk Management Division and later became the manager in Corporate Banking Division with experiences as, among others: Product Specialist, Research Analyst, Credit Reviewer, Senior Credit Financed Approver Asset Based lending to SME and Commercial. He developed also the Credit Scoring for DSP (micro banking) unit. From Bank Danamon he then working at the Deutsche Investment and Development Company -from Deutsche Bank Group- for 3.5 years as an Investment Manager handling projects related to energy, telecommunications and other infrastructure. Subsequently he joined with Bank CIMB Niaga as the Structured Finance Head, where afterward he returned back to Bank Danamon as the Head of Asset Based Lending until March 2015.<\/p>\n

He was graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia (FEUI), which then proceeded to the Cardiff Business School, United Kingdom with a degree of M.Sc in International Economics, Banking and Finance.<\/p>\n

Surja Muliadi Setiadi, our partner in Vibiz Consulting has many experiences in banking for over 22 years, particularly in the field of credit. Graduated from Magister Management Program of Sekolah Tinggi Management Prasetiya Mulya, he began his career at Bank Danamon as an account officer until later became Deputy Head of Branch. In the Regional Office, Surja became Deputy Leader of the territory who handled credit risk and later he became Deputy Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and Head Office Credit Committee members. Furthermore, he led CSA (Credit Support & Administration) Centre, as well as SME Business Approval Head for SME credit and commercial. His last position as Senior Vice President (SVP) – Special Lending Project Head of SME Banking, before becoming a banking consultant.<\/p>\n

Banker with more than 30 years of experience, with competence in the areas of Branch Operations, Credit Risk and Marketing in Retail, Commercial, and Corporate segments. He is the writing team member of the Credit and General Banking certification book from LSPP-IBI, as well as a facilitator of several banking credit programs.
\nIn his career development in Bank BNI, he has been a credit analyst for various segments at the branch and regional level, marketing for middle and corporate credit, and head of credit division, with his last position as the Remedial & Recovery Corporate Lending Division Head at the Head Office.
\nAside as the compilation team for the LSPP-IBI Credit and General Banking Certification guideline book, he is an assessor at LSPP for Level 4 and 5 Executive and Commissioner Risk Management, as well as an assessor at IBI for General Banking Certification, back since 2012 to the present.

Until now she is also an Executive Editor in blj.co.id and senior team in Vibiz Management Research Center. She wrote hundreds of Journals and Columns of financial, taxation, property, business and management. And also has written several research management.<\/p>\n

Also has experience as Chief Financial Officer of a leading futures brokerage in Jakarta for the past ten years, which many involved in the financial sector, to coordinate and assist all departments and branches within the company to prepare the annual budget, preparation of daily cash flow projections, annual and quarterly basis. Also do the reporting, control, monitor and analyze the performance of each department and branch. She has experience as external auditor for six years from two of the leading CPA firm, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, has audited various types of financial firms such as insurance companies, pension funds, securities firms, as well as service companies, manufacturing, and property, as a consultant who handles the company\u2019s financial accounting system.<\/p>\n
