Ruth R Berliana now is Coordinating Partner of the Division of Human Capital Development of Vibiz Consulting. She is certified Human Resources Practitioner, having more than 14 years experience in handling HR matter. She is an alumnus FISIP UI who began her career at a leading local bank, which was acquiring 8 banks take over. This brings a special experience for her. Her experience also in several Foreign Companies makes her capable in handling Payroll and Benefits, Recruitment, Organization Development, Performance Review, Assessment, Training and Development.
Furthermore, Ruth also is a trainer, mentor, and leadership development for youth and students in a non-profit organization for more than 10 years.
At the moment Ruth as Managing Partner, devote herself to support much employee in developing themselves. As a training instructor, motivator and consultant, she supports many companies on human resources development. She is also Editor in Chief of the web management businesslounge.co.
