Followership Leadership Center ( F / L Center ) is a program of the Division Leadership , Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management ( LESM ) , part of the Vibiz Consulting Group , which focuses on developing one’s leadership .
Why followership and leadership ? Because a person’s ability to lead is not obtained instantly , but through the process to be a follower first and then develop into a high quality leader .
